BOOTH REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES
Booth Type Definitions
Community Org Booths – these booths are to increase our community’s awareness of our various Filipino Community organizations in Minnesota. They cannot sell any food, beverage or merchandise from their booths.
Non-Food Business Booths – these booths are only allowed to sell merchandise, but not food or beverage.

Logistics
This event will be held rain or shine, so each booth must have a canopy tent. The canopy tents must not exceed dimensions of 10’ x 10’.
Each Booth must supply their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, tablecloths, etc. All supplies must stay within the 10’ x 10’ area under their booth’s canopy tent. There will be no electrical outlets available for your booths.
Please arrive at 10:00am on Sunday July 23, 2023 for booth setup. Setup must be completed prior to 12:00 pm (when the event area is opened to the public).
Cleanup will start at 4:30pm, Philippine Day will be closed at 5:00pm.
Promotional Materials
Booth participants will be allowed to share information about their business and can have printed materials (business cards, small brochures, sheets of paper, etc.) that include basic information such as contact information, general description, location, products and calendar of events.
CSFA is committed in developing partnership and showcasing the various organizations and businesses in the community. Therefore, CSFA may include your Business or Organization’s name when we promote the event.
Policy
Business Booth participants are required to submit a form with the list of items they will sell 10 days before the event.
Business Booth participants are not allowed to sell merchandise that includes CSFA logos or CSFA Philippine Day images, text or other content without written consent from CSFA.
Participants are responsible for making sure that their table and tent area is clean and presentable.
In order to promote and showcase our culture, we encourage participants to wear clothing that is representative of the Philippines.
We need your help to make sure that we create a safe and fun environment for the whole family.
If CSFA determines there are violations committed by a participant, CSFA reserves the right to restrict participation for a year
Registration
If you do decide to participate in the marketplace, you need to completely fill out the PayPal form below and pay the registration fee online. We have a limited amount of booth space available and we will accommodate on a first come first serve basis. Deadline for registration has been extended to July 7, 2023.
Make sure to choose the correct booth payment option below and specify your business or organization name. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with Debit or Credit Card.
